My Specialities

I have over 10 years of experience working at all levels, from barista to supervisor to manager to district manager, at the largest coffee retailer in the world. I’ve seen it all and have a deep understanding of what it takes to manage a successful cafe enterprise.
Having launched my own Spinning studio and cycling shop, not only do I intimately know the challenges of an entrepreneur, but also the unique needs of a business owner managing a wellness related business.
I’ve managed one of Canada’s largest book retail locations with over 100 staff and up to 10 departments – all the while being clear on our company brand and high-end shopping experience.
